Who we are?

BHEKISISA GOQO AND CO INCORPORATED is a firm of attorneys which was founded in June 2017 by Mr Bhekisisa Sizanani Goqo. We offer a wide range of legal services as per client’s unique needs. Amongst other things we provide sufficient legal representation in litigious matters in both Magistrate and High Courts. We evaluate and analyze policies and the applicable legislation to better understand your needs. We develop policies, strategic plans and offer legal opinions which are designed to equip you with the necessary tools to better meet your profit margins and objectives.

We further provide policy training and workshops so as to assist you in effectively implementing your policies within the boundaries of the law. This also forms part of the empowerment and development of employees receiving such training. This assists them to perform at their best and in return helps your productivity.

For any business, entity, institution or organ of state which offers its services at a fee, it needs to be able to generate an income to survive. This is often accompanied by the constant burden of collecting fees from those who are in default. Failure to collect such fees has only one result, loss.
